Our Philosophy

At Rynfield Pre-Primary School, we want the very best for your child – just as you do.
We are proud to offer a secure, loving environment where children develop
confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

What else does our school offer?

Our Pre-Primary School also offers the following:

  • Classrooms

    Bright, child-friendly classrooms and playground.

  • Eisteddfod

    Participation in the Benoni Eisteddfod – Grade R learners only

  • Screening

    Eye, speech & hearing screening for the 4 – 6 year olds (Grade R’s screening is included in Stationary Fee)

  • Shows

    Educational shows (approximately 3 a year)

  • Play Ball Classes

    Participation in our Play Ball classes once a week for all learners (Included in School Fees)

  • School Photos

    Professional school photos (individual and class)

  • Assessments

    Continual assessment of each child – one verbal interview with parents and two in-depth written reports are completed and emailed. (Grade R’s receive a termly report)

MicroScience Kids

Our young scientists expand their minds and discover the wonders of sciences, under the watchful eye of the experienced and skilled Camilla on Mondays.

Bots Alot

Let your child have fun while learning the basics of coding and robotics on Mondays. All of our teachers and staff are trained in basic First Aid (2024) and Fire Fighter Training (2022)

Thou Art Pottery Classes

Come clay, come play with Tamaryn, through learning, laughing, discovering and exploring every Tuesday afternoon.

On Cue Theatre Academy

Children explore drama, movement, voice & role-play in safe, playful sessions.
Wiggle-and-jam-2

Wiggle & Jam

A fun and energetic
extra-mural programme
that encourages movement, rhythm, and creativity through music and dance. (Bambi’s & Squirrels)

Manners 4 Minors

An interactive program that teaches children respect, kindness, and everyday etiquette in a fun and practical way. (Squirrels and Giraffe's)

Soccer Starz

Soccer skills are taught to our young soccer players, by the young, energetic, and skilled coaches, every Thursday.
Tumbling

Tumbling

On Friday’s, our young gymnasts learn to balance, develop muscle tone- among other skills while having fun under the skilled and careful hands of the coaches from Edutumbling.

Notable Beginnings

On Fridays, music waltzes through the school, as Camilla nurtures little minds to enhance their love for music.
