Fees Structure
Our fee structure for 2026 includes the following:
- Weekly Play Ball Sport program which forms part of the Foundation Phase school syllabus. (ALL children to attend this program as it forms part of physical development.)
- Toiletries (tissues, toilet paper, soap, paper hand towels etc.)
- Educational Shows throughout the year.
- Introduction to Six Bricks from 4 to 6-year-old group
- Baking once a week for each group
- All stationery (Only the Grade R’s pay a stationary fee)
- Special occasions, i.e., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s & Father’s Day, Grandparents’ Day,& Christmas Party.
- Christmas present
* Only the end of year concert tickets are not included.

Fees for January 2026 – November 2026 (11 months)
The following fee structure was approved by the school Governing Body:

Full Week
Fees are payable in advance therefore debit orders go off on the first working day of the month.
Please note no cash fee payments will be accepted at the school.
Grade R Stationary Fee
A once off stationery charge of R1 550.00 will be payable for Grade-R learners. Full payment must be made with the registration fee. Learners will not be issued with their stationery packs if payment has not been received.
This fee includes:
- Eye Screening;
- Speech & Hearing Screening
- ALL stationery & workbooks
- Pencil bag
- R.P.P.S T-shirt
- Coding & Robotics
- Bi-Weekly Manners 4 Minors lessons
- Graduation photo & gift.
Aftercare Fees
(At an additional fee)
Aftercare fees are payable from January to November (11 months). In December, aftercare operates for one week after school closes and reopens when school officially starts in January. During this period, payment will be charged per day of attendance.
- Half day aftercare fees (14:30) include a light lunch, but no mid-afternoon snack
- Full day aftercare fees (17:30) include a light lunch & mid-afternoon snack
Monthly Payments:
- 12h30 to 14h30 -- R770.00 per month x 11 months
- 12h30 to 17h30 -- R1 540.00 per month x 11 months
These fees may be paid as a once off payment
(full payment must be made by 31st December 2025)
Annual Payment Option:
- 12h30 to 14h30 -- R8 000.00 per annum.
- 12h30 to 17h30 -- R16 010.00 per child per annum.
Casual Aftercare
Casual Aftercare is for parents who only need to make use of the service on the odd occasion. The cost is R100 per day.
Please note that Casual Aftercare is not available during the school holidays.
Enrolment Process
Your child’s enrolment will only be processed once we have received the completed application form together with
all the required supporting documents. Please note that no child may start at our school until all enrolment forms
have been completed and returned in full. The additional forms will be sent to you along with your child’s official
acceptance letter.
School Policy with regards to overdue accounts.
Our sole income is derived from school and aftercare fees. We rely on prompt payment of fees to keep our financial status going.
- Parents failing to pay school and/or aftercare fees by the 03RD of each month will receive a written summons to present their case in person to the Governing Body members within 48 hours.
- Any late payment of school fees will automatically incur a R250 EFT processing fee. This includes instances where a debit order is returned due to insufficient funds.
- Ignoring the summons to meet with Governing Body could jeopardize their child’s future education with the school and in the event of non-payment, further attendance will be reconsidered.
- All outstanding debts will be handed over for legal action and recovery. Parents will be held responsible for all additional legal costs incurred.
Notice Period
ONE MONTH’S NOTICE is required should you wish your child to leave the school. No notice will be accepted after the end of September of every year. This results in financial problems arising during December as far as staff salaries and wages are concerned. As the grade-R learners will automatically leave at the end of their grade-R year, no notice period is required, but a full term’s fees are payable, even if your child leaves after October, but
before the end of the school year.
